RMA Procedure
(Updated on May 19th, 2008)
If a warranty repair is required, the Dealer must
first contact IC Realtime, LLC’s Tech Support at
(954) 772-5327 to perform additional troubleshooting
and, if necessary, obtain an Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA). If an RMA is deemed
necessary by an IC Realtime, LLC Support Technician,
the following RMA procedure should be followed:
Customer must complete and submit the RMA Request
Form (click here to download) which includes the
following information:

Product Model and serial number
·
Original Sales Order number or IC Realtime, LLC invoice number
·
Detailed description of the problem
After the form is complete and submitted to IC
Realtime, LLC the customer will be provided with an
Authorized RMA Number that should be printed and
included with the shipment of return product.
All RMA’s should be shipped to:
