RMA Procedure

In order to apply for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) please fill in application form below. You may be contacted by a technical support agent to assist in troubleshooting as it may not be necessary to return the product.

On acceptance of RMA you will be issued with an RMA form. Please include RMA form and attach RMA number to the package.

Please ensure that the goods are properly packed for transit. You are advised to use registered post or courier to allow easy tracking of your returned items.

Please do not return any products without a valid RMA number nor return products not listed on the RMA form.
